Just a few days after locking in top striker Conny Pohlers, Vfl Wolfsburg has signed central defender Josephine Henning from Turbine Potsdam. The 22-year-old played for Potsdam for the past two years, has two caps for German Women’s National Team, and is currently on Germany’s preliminary World Cup roster.
Pohlers came to Wolfsburg from 1.FFC Frankfurt. She recently finished the season as the top striker with 25 goals.
