The 2010 WPSL National Champion Boston Aztec Breakers Reserves announce signings

The Boston Aztec Breakers Reserves announced today a number of preliminary signings, including West Virginia star forward Megan Mischler, who was the first player to commit to the 2010 Women’s Premier Soccer League National Champions. A Second Team All-Big East Conference selection in 2010, her senior year with the Mountaineers, Mischler scored seven goals and two assists (16 points) for the Big East champions. Joining Mischler in Boston will be Carson Laderoute, Gayle Kutzmann, Emmi Doniak, Chelsea Aberson, Alane Izu, Jordan Bishop, and Heather Fuller.

Laderoute played at the University of Vermont, where she led the team in scoring all four years. Kutzmann is a four-time All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference player for Shippenburg University. Donniak played on the back line at Cal State-Monterey Bay. Aberson, played as a midfielder for William Jessup University, and Izu, a forward/midfielder, went to BYU.

Bishop scored seven goals as a midfielder for Iowa State University, while Fuller tallied 11 points in two years with the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Doniak and Fuller previously played in the WPSL, both for the San Francisco Nighthawks of the Pacific Conference. Bishop played for the Iowa Rush of the Midwest Conference.
